Each day Vievo picks three accounts from your CRM for you to work, researches each one, and tells you who to contact first and what to say.
Which accounts does Vievo pick for you?
Vievo picks three accounts a day from the companies in your CRM, ranked on what your CRM shows about each one.
The score counts what the company record holds, the days since anyone touched the account, and whether a deal or a meeting is already on it.
The three rotate: an account shown in the last five days waits its turn. An account you contacted comes back when its check-in falls due, so a message you sent is followed up rather than forgotten.
| Part | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| Fit score | The score out of 100 the account was ranked on, with its tier. |
| At a glance | Open deals, how many sources the research found, your touches so far and the days since the last one. |
| Account health | Where the account stands, read from your CRM. |
| From entry to expansion | Where the account is live with you, and where to go next, in order. |
| Matched rules | The rules from the library that fit this account's situation. They travel with the play. |
| The coach's call | One recommended way to get the meeting, and the first message to send. |
What does Vievo research on an account?
Vievo researches each account on the web for what matters to your offer, and gives a source for every claim it makes.
Research needs three things from you: your company, what you sell and who you sell to. Sign-up asks for them, and Vievo can draft them from one read of your company's website for you to check.
Scout, the research agent, works when you open an account or ask. If you choose, Scout also researches the first account of your next weekday morning overnight. On a team it goes only as far as your manager allows. Agents covers Scout and the rest of the team.
How does Vievo spot an existing customer to expand?
Vievo treats an account that already buys from you as an expansion account, not a cold prospect, and plans from what it already bought.
Vievo reads three signals from your CRM:
- deals in a renewal, subscription, expansion or upsell pipeline;
- won deals with the company;
- a HubSpot lifecycle stage of customer.
From there, From entry to expansion shows where the account is live and the regions where your buyer works but the account is not yet a customer. Web research looks for your target function in those regions and links its sources. Each new region gets its own steps, and every one opens with the result the account already has with you.
When Vievo guesses where the account is live and gets it wrong, you correct it and add a note, and the plan is rebuilt with your note in it.
Who do you contact first, and what do you say?
Vievo's coach's call names one recommended way to get the meeting with each person, and writes the first message from a lesson card's script.
Add the people at the account: paste the text of a profile, upload a CSV or paste a list exported from your prospecting tool. Vievo reads each person's warmest path and builds the committee in order.
Each touch waits for the one before it. Three days after you mark a message sent, Vievo asks how it landed and adjusts the next move.
The lesson card behind the first touch says when it fits. It ends with your call: check this fits. Vievo never sends. You send the message yourself.
Once a deal is open, deal coaching takes over with the next move on it. Both draw their plays from the same library of rules.
Start with the deals you already have.
The free audit reads your open deals first. Build pipeline fills in on Today once your CRM is connected.
