    Vievo for sales managers.

Vievo gives a sales manager 1:1 prep from CRM numbers and team coaching from the same rules each rep's plays come from. Each rep's coaching stays private to them.

What does a sales manager see in Vievo?

A sales manager sees CRM results by rep, the priorities of the week and how the team is developing, shown as patterns and never as one rep's coaching.

    This week

Priorities read from the CRM, in a fixed order: a stage whose conversion trails the rest of the team, then stalled deals, then the team's momentum. Each one opens the rep's 1:1.

    Team

Rep scorecards with quota, pipeline, won and at risk, the team's stage-to-stage conversion, pipeline by forecast category and the deals needing attention.

    Forecast and pipeline

Pipeline health and the team's forecast for the month, with a meeting mode that walks the forecast one rep at a time.

    Leaderboard and Leagues

Weekly behaviour scores across the team, and private leagues reps can join.

What does a rep keep private from their manager?

A rep keeps their coaching private: a manager sees each rep's CRM results, but coaching only as patterns across the team.

What a rep sees and what their manager sees
AreaWhat the rep seesWhat the manager sees
CRM resultsTheir own deals, plays and numbers. Each rep's results from the CRM: quota, pipeline, won and at risk.
Coaching gaps and skill sprintsTheir own gap and their own sprint.Team patterns only. A gap held by fewer than three reps is grouped as Other.
One rep's coaching focusTheir own.On that rep's 1:1, only while the rep shares it. The manager asks from the 1:1, and the rep can stop sharing at any time.
1:1 coaching notesNot shown. The manager's own notes and action items, seen by no one else.
A league's weekTheir own score, and how it is made category by category. In a shared league, the same as any member: each member's weekly score and group, and who won each category.

What is in Vievo's 1:1 prep?

Vievo's 1:1 prep puts one rep's CRM numbers, this quarter's sales math and the deals to inspect on one page, with a suggested agenda.

    • The rep's quota, win rate over the last 12 months, sales cycle, pipeline and deals at risk.
    • The sales math for the quarter: the opportunities, meetings and outbound touches a week the rep needs, and the weeks left.
    • A suggested agenda: one or two behaviour changes for next week, pipeline coverage and quota pacing, and the key deals.
    • Key deals to inspect, each with three questions: why buy, why not, why now.
    • When a priority from This week opens the 1:1, a lesson card from the coaching library for that priority.
    • Your coaching notes and action items, which only you see.

The sample 1:1 shows it on a demo team.

How does a manager coach the team from the same rules?

Vievo coaches a team from the same library of rules drawn from top-1% reps that each rep's plays come from, so the manager and the rep work from one standard.

    • Where the team's gaps are: reps counted by their primary gap, with small groups merged so no rep can be picked out.
    • Skill sprints by gap, and which way each is trending.
    • This week's coaching priorities from the coaching library, and the lesson to coach this week under the team's biggest shared gap.
    • Which coaching resources the team uses and completes, by gap, once the team has three or more reps.

The same rules shape each rep's deal coaching and pipeline plays.

How do Leagues compare reps whose deals differ?

Leagues compare reps on a weekly score from 0 to 100 that Vievo reads from each member's CRM, made of habits a rep controls rather than the size of their deals.

The four categories of the weekly score
    CategoryWhat counts
Called plays runDeals where you opened the coach's call and your CRM then shows your call, email or meeting.
Follow-throughCalls and meetings on your open deals that you followed with an email within 24 hours.
ReachMid-size and large deals past discovery with at least 2 people on them.
MomentumOpen deals with something dated ahead: a booked meeting, a task or a next-step date.

Anyone can create a league and share its invite code. The score is the average of the categories that had something to count that week.

Members meet head to head each week. A matchup is decided category against category, and the higher weekly score settles a level one. A season is the calendar quarter, and its last week is a final between the first two in the standings.

Under each name is the group that member's own deals put them in: small deals (under $25,000), mid-size deals ($25,000 to $100,000) or large deals ($100,000 or more). The figures behind a group stay private.

A league sees who has each category, never the figures behind it. How a score is made, category by category, is shown only to the rep it belongs to.

A member with no CRM connected reads Not scored yet and is not ranked.

Reps do not wait for anyone: each one can sign up, run the free audit and keep their coaching private. Vievo for account executives is the page to send them.
