AI sales coaching for HubSpot.
Vievo reads the deals in your HubSpot and gives you the next move on each one, from rules drawn from top-1% reps. It reads your CRM and never writes to it.
What does Vievo do with your HubSpot deals?
Vievo turns the deals in your HubSpot into a next move for each one, in five steps.
- You connect HubSpot. HubSpot shows the permissions Vievo asks for, all of them read only, and you approve them.
- Vievo syncs your deals. Vievo copies the deals you own, or your team's for a manager, with their contacts, companies, logged emails, meetings, notes and tasks. It keeps them current on a schedule, and Sync now in Settings runs it at once.
- Vievo finds what is stuck. The free audit shows what is stalling in your open deals, and up to three deals worth saving.
- Vievo gives you the next move. A deal that needs a move gets a diagnosis and a play from the rules library, with a message to send.
- You act. You send the message and keep HubSpot up to date yourself. Vievo writes nothing back.
What does Vievo read in HubSpot?
Vievo asks HubSpot for six read permissions, and for two more only if you want coaching from your call transcripts.
| HubSpot permission | What it lets Vievo read |
|---|---|
oauth | Nothing by itself. It lets Vievo connect to your HubSpot account through HubSpot's own sign-in. |
crm. | Your deals: name, amount, stage, pipeline, close date, owner and next step. |
crm. | The HubSpot users who own deals, so each deal is matched to its rep. |
crm. | The companies on your deals: name, website domain, industry and size. |
crm. | The contacts on your deals: name, job title, email address and phone number. |
sales-email-read | One-to-one sales emails logged in HubSpot, so Vievo knows what was said last and which replies wait on you. |
| HubSpot permission | What it lets Vievo read |
|---|---|
crm. | Calls logged in HubSpot and their transcripts, so a play can quote what the customer said. |
crm. | How calls are set up in your HubSpot, such as your call outcome labels. |
With these permissions Vievo also reads the activity logged on your deals: meetings, notes, tasks and other logged communication. A manager can choose which deal pipelines Vievo syncs.
Does Vievo write anything to HubSpot?
No. Vievo asks HubSpot for no permission to write, so it cannot change a deal, log an activity, add a note or create a task.
Every request Vievo sends to HubSpot reads data, completes the sign-in or, when you disconnect, withdraws Vievo's own access. The messages Vievo writes are for you to send, and keeping HubSpot up to date stays with you.
Who can connect Vievo to HubSpot?
In a company HubSpot account, a Super Admin or a user with App Marketplace Access can connect Vievo.
That is HubSpot's rule for installing any app.
Anyone else can ask an admin to approve Vievo first. Vievo gives you a short message for your admin that says what Vievo reads and where in HubSpot to approve it.

How do you disconnect Vievo from HubSpot?
A manager disconnects HubSpot in Vievo: open Settings, then Connections, and under Disconnect HubSpot choose Disconnect and delete, then type DELETE to confirm.
Vievo then asks HubSpot to withdraw its access, deletes its stored HubSpot tokens and deletes the synced data it holds for the team. It cannot be undone. Your data in HubSpot stays in HubSpot.
You can also uninstall Vievo in HubSpot. Vievo then stops syncing new HubSpot data.
How do you set Vievo up with HubSpot?
