What will Vievo not do without you?
Vievo will not send an email or write to your CRM. Every draft waits for you to read it and send it yourself.
It never writes to your CRM.
HubSpot access is read only, and Vievo asks for no permission to write. What you tell Vievo, such as whether a meeting happened, is kept in Vievo.
It works on its own only when you choose.
Scout researches when you ask. You can let it research the first account of your next weekday morning overnight; on a team, only as far as your manager allows. Stop autopilot halts it at once.
You set the boundaries.
Each agent has a switch. You can narrow the pipelines an agent works and the smallest deal worth its time, and set how many unanswered touches Revival makes before it writes the closing note.

Where does the agents' work show up?
Everything the agents write waits on one page in Vievo, Your agent team, under Waiting on you.
Waiting on you holds meetings in the next two days, replies waiting on you, deals that are drifting and what your agents wrote while you were away.
The roster beside it shows each agent, what it did in the last 24 hours, its boundaries and its switch. Today stays about your deals: the agents' work does not crowd it.

Questions about the agents
- Do Vievo's agents update my CRM?
- No. Vievo reads HubSpot with read-only access and writes nothing back. You update the CRM yourself, and Vievo reads the change on its next sync.
- What do the agents read?
- The deals, owners, contacts, companies and logged sales email in your HubSpot, for the deals and contacts you own. With no CRM connected there is little for them to read, so most of their work needs one.
- Can I turn an agent off?
- Yes. Each agent on the roster has a switch, and an agent that is off does no work for you.
