What you get
Ask your assistant about a deal and it reads the real one from Vievo: the stage, the value, the close date, who is involved, what happened last and which replies are waiting on you.
It can search Vievo's coaching library for how to handle the moment, pull today's brief, and run a practice call on that deal with itself as the buyer.
When it saves a play or a research note back, Vievo first checks every number, date, price and name against what it holds on the deal, and blocks anything it cannot trace.
Add it to Claude
In Claude you get everything on this page. Add the connector on the web or in the desktop app: the phone app cannot add one, but it can use one you added there.
- Claude shows Vievo's name and address, already filled in, with a note that they came from a link. Check them and confirm. If you are signed out of Claude, it asks you to sign in first.
- Claude sends you to Vievo's own page. Sign in, read what Claude is asking for, and press Connect. If you have no Vievo account yet, the same button creates one.
- Back in Claude, ask about a deal. For example: “What should I do next on Acme Corp?”
Would you rather paste the address yourself? In Claude, open Customize, then Connectors, press the plus, then Add custom connector.

https://mcp.vievo.io/On a Team or Enterprise plan an owner adds the connector once, under Organization settings, then Connectors. After that each person connects from Customize.
Add it to ChatGPT, for teams
Today this is for ChatGPT Business, Enterprise and Edu workspaces. There the assistant can read from Vievo and save back. ChatGPT adds a connector on the web only, and has no one-press link.
The connector's address
https://mcp.vievo.io/- In ChatGPT on the web, open Settings, then Connectors, and create a connector. If you see no way to create one, turn on Developer mode under Advanced.
- Paste the address and choose OAuth.
- Authorize when ChatGPT asks. Vievo's own page opens. Sign in, read what ChatGPT is asking for, and press Connect. If you have no Vievo account yet, the same button creates one.
- Back in ChatGPT, ask about a deal.
On a personal plan
ChatGPT Pro can read from Vievo, in developer mode, but cannot save a play or a note back. ChatGPT Plus does not offer custom connectors, as far as OpenAI's pages say. Checked on 6 October 2026.
What happens to your data
The assistant acts as you inside Vievo, and only as you.
- It reads your own deals and Vievo's coaching library. It cannot see another rep's pipeline.
- When it connects it asks to confirm who you are, and for your email address, your name and your profile picture. Vievo's page lists exactly what was asked before you press Connect.
- What it reads goes into your conversation with that assistant. What the assistant keeps is covered by its own terms, not by Vievo's.
- It can add a play or a research note, and add deals you give it in the conversation. Sending a deal again updates the one it added. It cannot delete anything.
- Vievo keeps a record of every play and note it was asked to save, the saved ones and the blocked ones.
- A practice call stays in your conversation: Vievo stores nothing about it. Reading your brief sends no email.
Disconnect
Remove Vievo from the connectors in Claude or ChatGPT. The assistant stops calling Vievo.
- The plays, notes and deals it saved stay in Vievo.
- What is already in your conversations stays with the assistant.
