    What's new in Vievo.

What changed in Vievo each week, newest first. Only changes that are live for every account are listed here.

    Week of 26 October 2026

    The free audit, questions first
The free audit now starts with 12 questions about the deal you are most worried about, and gives you the play for it from our library of rules drawn from top-1% reps, by email too. Then connect HubSpot and the audit reads every deal. Run the free audit.
Vievo learns what you sell when you sign up
Signup now asks where you work, what you sell and who you sell to, with answers drafted from your company's website for you to check. You can change them later in Settings.
    Send feedback from any page
A Feedback button in the app opens a side panel with a picture of the page you are on. Point at the exact part you mean, blur the text if you like, and Vievo emails you when your report ships.
    Switch between managing and selling
A manager who also sells now moves between the team's view and their own deals with one switch.
    A shorter signup for managers
A manager now picks their role on the connect step and sets their number on one screen, so signup reaches the app in three screens instead of six.

    Week of 19 October 2026

    Set your own quota
Reps can now set and change their own quota in Settings after signup.
Help when HubSpot asks for an admin
Vievo now says before you connect when HubSpot needs an admin's approval, and writes the request for you to send to your admin or copy. The HubSpot setup guide.
Vievo Live has its own page and a demo call
Vievo Live listens to your sales call and shows one card the moment the buyer pushes back, on a panel only you can see. It is in early access on Windows, and anyone can watch a demo call at real speed. Vievo Live.
Plays written from their lesson card
Vievo now picks the lesson card that fits a deal first, then writes the deal play and its email from that card's own script, filled in from your deal record. Build pipeline's first messages to new contacts are written the same way.
    Lesson cards on more screens
Lesson cards from the library now also appear in Build pipeline's call, in the morning brief, and on a manager's Team screen and one-to-ones.

    Week of 12 October 2026

See the lesson behind each deal play
Every deal play now shows the one lesson card it came from, so you can read the rule behind the move.

    Week of 5 October 2026

    HubSpot edits reach Vievo
When you edit a call or a meeting in HubSpot after logging it, Vievo now reads it again, so its advice uses what you changed.
    The self-check
Ten questions you answer with a tap, then a report on how your selling compares with the rules top-1% reps follow. You can email yourself a copy.
A fairer weekly score, and leagues
The weekly score now runs from 0 to 100 on four things read from your CRM: plays run, follow-through within a day, reach on larger deals and momentum. Leagues group reps by deal size and pair them head to head each week, showing who won, never the figures behind a score.
Use Vievo in Claude or ChatGPT
Add the Vievo connector to Claude, or to ChatGPT in a team workspace, and ask about your deals there. Before it saves a play back, Vievo checks every number, date, price and name against the deal. Add the Vievo connector.
    The free audit, rebuilt
Connect HubSpot and the free audit shows what is stalling across your open deals, and up to three deals worth saving, each with a diagnosis and a message to send. Run the free audit.
    All your deals on Today
Every open deal now sits in one All deals row on Today, instead of on a page of its own.

    Week of 28 September 2026

A new look for the whole app
Today, Build pipeline, Coaching, Your agent team, Settings and the manager screens now share one design, and each one works on a phone.
    Your coaching stays yours
A manager now sees coaching as team patterns, and one rep's coaching focus only while that rep shares it. A team figure needs at least three reps, and public profiles start private.
An activity plan from your own numbers
The daily activity plan now uses your own rates from the last 12 months, or your team's when yours are too thin, and says which it used. Win rate counts the same 12 months everywhere.
Your figures beside the rule's standard
Where a rule in the library states a standard, such as contacts per deal, Vievo shows your figure beside it, with the rule's own words one press away. With no standard, there is no mark.

    Week of 14 September 2026

    Your agent team
A new page shows the agents working your deals and what each one did overnight.

Try what shipped on your own deals.

The free audit reads your open deals in HubSpot and shows what is stalling, with up to three deals worth saving.
