Deal coaching.
Vievo reads each open deal, names what the buyer has not agreed yet, and gives you one next move, built from the rules top-1% reps follow.
Which deals does Vievo coach?
Vievo coaches every open deal you own: it recommends three on Today and lists the rest under All deals, where any deal can get a coach's call.
The deals come from your CRM, or from the deals you typed in if you have none. Vievo reads the stage, the amount, the close date, the contacts and the activity logged on each one.
Every hour, Vievo also checks each open deal for these warning signs:
- Nothing booked
- Gone quiet
- Your contact went quiet
- No follow-up sent
- Close date keeps slipping
- Single-threaded
- Stage ahead of the evidence
- Close date has passed
- No next step
The warnings wait on Your agent team, each with a way to open the deal's play. Agents explains what else waits there.
How does Vievo tell why a deal is stuck?
Vievo checks each deal against five agreements a buyer has to reach, and the weakest one still open is the gap the play attacks.
| Agreement | The question behind it |
|---|---|
| Problem agreement | Is the problem confirmed by a named person? |
| Priority agreement | Is solving this a current business priority? |
| Solution agreement | Do they agree we can solve it and on how to evaluate? |
| Value agreement | Has a power buyer confirmed the ROI justifies the spend? |
| Commercial agreement | Are terms, price and timeline aligned? |
Each agreement reads locked, in progress or missing, from the deal's stage and activity in your CRM and from what the last conversation on record says. When all five are locked, the move is to protect the close date.
What is the one thing to do on a deal?
For each deal Vievo gives one play: a short run of steps, the outcome that counts as done, and what to do when the reply comes back.
Vievo decides, so you are not handed a menu to choose from. Each step names what to do now and the outcome that counts as done. When you log the outcome, the play moves on to the reply: what came back, and what to do about it.
Around the play, open what you need:
- The lesson behind this: the lesson from the coaching library the play comes from, and when it fits. It ends with your call: check it fits the deal.
- Champion kit: a document for your champion to take into the room. Every claim in it traces back to something the buyer said or a fact from your CRM.
- Mutual action plan: the steps to signature, with dates counted back from the close date in your CRM.
- Why this play works: the reasoning, with the rules behind it.
Where does the message in a play come from?
Each message in a play is written from the lesson card's own script and filled in from the deal's record in your CRM.
A message may name what was said in the last conversation on record and what you sell, from your own settings. Where the record lacks a fact, the message leaves a gap for you to fill rather than invent one.
Vievo checks every message before you see it. A figure or a clock time that is not on the record is refused. A message that fails gets one rewrite, and if that fails too, Vievo puts a plain template in its place or leaves it out.
Vievo never sends. You read the message, change what you like and send it yourself.
On a live call, Vievo Live shows the next move on screen while you talk. For new accounts rather than open deals, see Build pipeline.
Where do the plays come from?
Every play comes from a library of rules drawn from top-1% reps, and each play names how many of those rules it was built from.
Under each play, one line says what it was built from: your deal, and the number of rules drawn from top-1% reps behind it.
Beside deal coaching, Coaching in the app compares your habits with the same rules and runs a 14-day skill sprint on your biggest gap, one short session a day. It is private to you.
Vievo for account executives shows the whole day.
